Candy Donations Needed
On Sunday, October 19th, we’ll be hosting our Annual Neighborhood Harvest Party. We are asking for donations of bags of individually wrapped candy to give as prizes for the carnival games. Please leave your donations in the big box marked “CANDY” in the café, by Sunday October 12th. For more details on our Annual Neighborhood Harvest Party, please see the bulletin insert.
Weekly Prayer Focus
As we continue to focus on our Outward Directed practices this fall, pray for CCV’s congregation to connect more effectively with our neighbors at Coolidge Place Apts. Also pray for God’s guidance and for divine appointments with these neighbors at our upcoming Annual Neighborhood Harvest Party.
Home Groups
This fall we have two home groups that meet on Wednesdays, and one group that meets on Fridays. We are hoping to start a Thursday night home group as well, later this fall. For more information see the sign-up sheets at the Welcome Station or call the church office at 337-9121.
