Cuppa Encouragement is for moms to share in their journey, and encourage each other through life’s seasons. Cuppa happens monthly during the school year. The May meeting is this Monday, May 9th, at 7:00pm in the Schuler Books Cafe. If you have any questions, please see Kari Alvaro.
Summertime Jesus Party Cookouts!
In the summer time, when home groups have come to an end, we gather informally every other week for “Jesus Party Cookouts”. Our 2016 Jesus Party kick-off is scheduled for June 8th, at 6:30pm. We are looking for a host/hostess for this event to be held at Lake Lansing Park, and our other summer Jesus Parties. Please see the sign-up sheet for dates available.
Join Us In The Prayer Room
Pre-service prayer time begins at 9:00am and lasts until 9:45am. Please join us in the Prayer Room, around the corner from the café, as we seek God’s presence and anointing on our ministry and our worship gathering.
Monthly Prayer Focus: CCV’s Community Life Ministry
Please pray this month for our Community Life Ministry, currently led by Vicki Johnson. Pray for a fresh crop of volunteers, who share a passion for connecting people and caring for people through special events. Pray for an upcoming transition in leadership for this ministry team, and for the right person to step into that role. Pray for deepening relationships in our experience of community, and for the Holy Spirit to continually encourage us through one another.
