Pastoral Care

Pastor Kevin will be out of the office this week on vacation.  If  you have pastoral care needs please call the church office at (517) 337-9121, and we will direct you to either Kim Hiltunen or Shane Gill. 

Monthly Prayer Meeting

Our next monthly prayer meeting will be held from 8am – 9am, on Saturday March 10^th at the CCV Ministry Center. 

Youth Bible Study

Beginning on Sunday, March 11^th, there will be a youth Bible Study led by Nathaniel Smith.  Meetings will be from 9:00am – 9:45am, and open to youth grades 7 – 12.

Dinner & A Show

Enjoy some fellowship and support our HPA members!  Friday, April 13^th, join us for dinner in the town of Charlotte, and then see The Wizard of Oz at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center.  Restaurant details to come at a later date.  Tickets for the performance cost $8.00 and can be purchased at www.hpami.org. Tonight, our second annual CCV Valentine’s Couples Event will be held at the CCV Ministry Center.   The fun begins at 6:00pm.  Cost is $20.00 per couple.

Upcoming Couples Event

Home Groups Resume
Both the Shoemaker’s home group and the Alvaro’s home group will resume this week.   Home Groups are a great way to get connected with others at CCV, and to experience genuine Christian community with others in the Body of Christ!  Presently, there are two home group locations to choose from:  Shoemaker’s on the North-side meets at 6:30pm; and Alvaro’s on the West-side meets at 7:00pm.  Both groups meet on Wednesday nights.

Garage Sale
Are you or anyone you know interested in a whole new garage, without all the extra used stuff to go with it?  CCV’s Ministry Center Garage is on the market, and must be moved quickly to make room for our Ministry Center expansion.  Price is negotiable.  Please contact Pastor Kevin asap if you’re interested.

CCV Children’s Christmas Program

Invite your friends and family to join us for a special worship gathering featuring our Children’s Christmas Program, “Ahmahl And The Night Visitors”.  The program will be presented as part of our regular Sunday morning worship service on Sunday, December 18^th.

SAVE THE DATE

Mark your calendars for our annual CCV Christmas Party, Sunday evening, December 18^th, from 5:00-8:00pm.  We plan to share a potluck meal.  Several people are needed to bring soup to share as a main dish, and everyone else should bring a side-dish or dessert to share.

December 25^th and January 1^st

We will be holding services on Christmas and New Year’s Day, as they both fall on a Sunday this year.  Join us as we celebrate together!

Pre-service prayer time begins at 9:00am and last until 9:45am.  Please join us in the Prayer Room, around the corner from the café fireplace, as we seek God’s presence and anointing on our ministry.
