Party for Children’s Ministry

Parents, workers, helpers, anyone interested in becoming involved with our children come party with us!  Monday, October 3^rd, from 6:00-8:00pm at the CCV ministry center.  If you have any questions, please see Alayne Ferrall or Julie Gill.

East Lansing City Council Hearing

This Tuesday, October 4^th, a public hearing to approve CCV’s new zoning will take place at 7:30pm.  This hearing will be held at East Lansing Council Chambers, located at 101 Linden Street, East Lansing.  Public are welcome to attend and speak on behalf of CCV.

Home Groups This Week

Home Groups are a great way to get connected with others at CCV, and to experience genuine Christian community with others in the Body of Christ!  Home groups meet on Wednesday nights. There are two home group locations to choose from: Shoemaker’s on the North-side, meets at 6:30pm; and Alvaro’s on the West-side, meets at 7:00pm.  Pick a group and get connected!

Monday September 19, we will be holding a prayer meeting from 6:30pm – 7:30pm, in our new prayer room.  Please join us in asking the Lord to lead us as we learn to MAKE ROOM for Him and for His work at Capital City Vineyard.

Summertime Jesus Party Cookouts!

During the summer we gather more informally for what we call “Jesus Party Cookouts”.  These gatherings are a great way to stay relationally connected. Come rain or shine, our next party is Wednesday August 24^th at 6:00pm., at the home of Gerald and Kari Alvaro.

In Loving Memory

Karen Hiltunen’s mother, Ethel Worgul passed away this week, on Tuesday, August 2nd.  Please keep the Hiltunen Family in your prayers as they grieve this loss, but celebrate Ethel’s “homecoming” with the Lord.  The rose on the communion table is displayed in memory of her life in Christ.
